About Dana Mitchell

Never knowing how to tame her restless mind, Dana discovered her yoga mat would soon be the cure. After exploring the depths of her own practice and teaching on land, Dana decided to bring her practice to the water. Realizing that yoga on land and on water is what makes her heart truly happy, she soon received her Paddle Yoga certification. “My passion is inspiring others on and off the mat through the teachings of yoga.” Dana is 200RYT, Reiki level II certified, Paddle Yoga certified.
