About Brian Glasspool

Brian has been practicing yoga for 4 years. His main teaching style is Vinyasa. He loves how yoga has become more than a search for peace of mind. It gradually became part of his lifestyle by learning how to settle in the discomfort of physical, mental, and emotional aspects. By learning how to regulate breath and developing body awareness it has aided in Brian’s challenges and achievements with mental health. Yoga has been a bridge for Brian and he hopes that it may be for others as well. He is here to guide others so that they may explore, grow, and learn from whatever the universe has planned.
